On July 1st 2019, I began a personal challenge that would hopefully lead to me being eight stone lighter, financially straight and much happier generally in life. "A Change Of Mart" was born. Since then, I have completed a short daily blog recording my thoughts & fears; my laughter, my tears; my hopes and my cheers along the pathway to enlightenment.
SPOILER ALERT: I didn't manage it although I did lose more than five stone in nine months at one point.
